• Image Resolution - 175 dpi at actual size.
• Fonts - Include all postscript and screen fonts.
• Color Selection - Printing will be done via CMYK, 4 color process. Specify colors as CMYK or PMS. Include high resolution color proof.
• Page Set-Up - Crop marks, register marks and color bars must be outside the bleed area. Include die cut lines on file.

• Include a hardcopy color proof of your banner (or vinyl graphics) layout.

• Keep graphics and copy away from the top and bottom of your banner to allow for pole sleeves.

Screen Printing & Vinyl Graphics

• We accept 3.5" floppy, Zip disk and CD-Rom.
• Include a hardcopy color proof of your banner (or vinyl graphics) layout.
• Specify PMS colors.
• Keep graphics and copy away from the top and bottom of your banner to allow for pole sleeves.
• Send only the files needed to produce your banner.
• Include only the fonts and linked support files.
• All pixel based files must be of a suitable resolution to withstand any necessary enlargement.
• Media Formats - PC and Macintosh format.
• PC Software - Illustrator or FlexiSign Pro 5.8.
• Macintosh Software - Illustrator 7.0, Photoshop 4.0, Quark Express 4.0 and Macromedia Freehand 8.0.
• Camera Ready Art - Print out should be within the rande of 8.5" x 11" and 19" x 23".  All graphics should be pure black on white and have crisp clean edges. Art should be color separated and include a color composite.
